Your habit drafts
The next-step planner keeps your edits in the current page. Choosing Save on this device stores all four pillar drafts, reflection notes and current seven-day plans, including their dates, daily check-ins and weekly reviews in this browser using local storage. The planner does not send those drafts to Healthcrest or sync them between devices.
Each pillar keeps one current week. Clearing a week changes the current page; saving again replaces its saved copy. Download a week first if you want a separate record.
Saving and restoring are manual. A saved copy remains until you remove it or clear the browser’s site data. Other people using this browser profile may be able to restore it. A shared or public device may not be a suitable place to save personal notes.
Choose Remove saved draft to delete the planner’s saved copy while keeping your current page edits. This does not delete downloaded files or printed copies; you manage those separately.
Backups and moving between devices
Choose Download all-pillar backup in the planner to keep a JSON file of your current page drafts, notes and current weeks for all four pillars, including unsaved edits. This does not save or change the browser copy.
On another device, choose that file in the planner, review its summary and explicitly replace the page drafts. The file is read locally in the browser and is not uploaded to Healthcrest. Importing does not save automatically: choose Save on this device if you want to keep the imported plan in that browser.
A backup contains your notes and is not encrypted by Healthcrest. Manage it as a personal file, including any copies you make when transferring it. Removing a browser draft does not remove a backup, downloaded text file or PDF. Deleting a backup does not remove a saved browser draft. Plans do not sync automatically.
